Luckily its also one of the easiest to answer.
Open the custom_functions.php file and inset the following lines of code:



remove_action(‘thesis_hook_before_header’, ‘thesis_nav_menu’);

add_action(‘thesis_hook_after_header’, ‘thesis_nav_menu’);
Bingo the Menubar is now below the header.
